I believe in learning
about the right time to eat, how much to consume, and the best things to eat
without denying yourself a whole food group or going on a fad diet. I absolutely
love cooking and I'm definitely a healthy eater, because I prepare food for
myself and monitor what's going into a meal. Cooking also helps me make better
choices when I'm dining out, as I have an idea of what is in the
food.
For breakfast, I have
Special K and natural yoghurt. Lunch is either sushi or tuna salad. And for
dinner, I'm loving salmon at the
moment.
I like it with a
honey-soy marinade, and have stir-fried vegies as a side
dish.
I like to have some
liquorice at the end of the day; it's nice and sweet and relatively
healthy.

look a certain way when you're in the public eye, but I've learnt to let go of
that. I've found a way to have a healthy lifestyle,
